13.5% and Organic! Direct pressed Chardonnay aged in a mixture of old puncheons and barriques for 9 months before blending. A medium bodied wine that opens up with pear, apple and stone fruits. The 2023 'Ziggy' is a slightly fresher example of Chardonnay whilst remaining fruit driven due to the classic Moutere clay minerality that runs through the range. A slight creaminess and a hint of old oak wrapping around a core of pear and nectarine gives this wine a mouth-filling finish.
